Fabulous service! Great trips! Couldn’t recommend this travel company more. I grabbed the brochure on an early morning walk and then sent them a message. The trip I wanted to go on (A Crete adventure) was no longer available due to end of season when I asked another tour company. But when I messaged Aitidis they offered to message the shepherd to see if they’d accommodate us. This resulted in a fab day out with a brilliant driver. Our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Always a good experience When we are in Crete we book our excursions here. It's easy to book and the information is correct. Everybody is very friendly. The minibuses are comfortable. The guides give a lot of information in the bus and some at the location. The advantage with Aitidis Travel's excursions is that you have plenty of time at the locations so you can explore on your own. The buses can come in places where the big tourbuses can't come. The drivers are relaxed so you feel safe in the bus. This year we went to Arkadi, Margarites and Melidoni. It was great. I can definitely recommend this organisation.

At last we get to Spinalonga! Booking the trip was easy and our guide Alex on the day was fabulous as was our driver we felt very safe being driven around. The minibus was lovely and cool throughout the journey Alex’s knowledge was great and we stopped for extra photo opportunities. The trip was well planned lovely little boat trip over to Spinalonga we had over an hour in the island which was more than enough- don’t forget your hat sunscreen and water! Our last stop was at Agios Nikolaos which was for three hours we had a lovely lunch but personally felt that three hours was too long but it may not be for some people Overall a fabulous day thank you

Great service from Aitidis excursions We arrived at Bali diamond hotel in Crete and set off to explore the area. I came across aitidis excursions just near my hotel. The girl working there (Anna) was extremely helpful supplying me with all the details I wanted to book day trips. We chose to go to chania town, followed by a trip over the mountains and stop in a small village, Elos for lunch, then off to elegises beach. The woman on the tour was excellent, giving us information of the history of Crete and all about where we are going on that trip, she spoke in a few languages , a very talented lady. We also booked a trip to Knossos and Heraklion. I would highly recommend these trips and especially booking with Aitidas excursions . Well worth the money and time

Обратилась в AITIDIS Travel на Бали, очень качественное ( русскоязычное в том числе) обслуживание, рассказали, объяснили и предложили самые интересные и удобные для нас экскурсии на комфортабельном чистейшем микроавтобусе. Одна экскурсия была 4 июня с ребенком, поездка прошла легко и интересно, ребенок не устал, был доволен, посетили монастырь Аркади, пещеру Мелидони, гончарную мастерскую с возможностью получить мастер класс по изготовлению керамических изделий и приобрести в магазинчике прекрасные сувениры и посуду, нас угостили прохладными напитками. Два замечательных гида Артур и Александр подробно и доходчиво рассказывали, терпеливо отвечали на вопросы, чтобы туристы могли постичь и запомнить всю информацию! Спасибо им большое! Если турист сам не был посвящен, после экскурсии ,в любом случае, знания пополнились! На следующий день 5 июня я отправилась на длительную экскурсию на весь день, посетила монастырь в Превели со святыней Чудотворным крестом! Затем отправились в Курталиотское ущелье -ущелье ветров, с прекрасными водопадами, далее была бухта с пальмовым лесом, и купание в Ливийском море необыкновенной красоты с большими камнями на дне и сменой теплой и прохладной воды! Восторг! В конце экскурсии отправились в местечко Спили с венецианскими фонтанами горной родниковой воды ( говорят, омолаживающими! 😌🌞), в кафе попробовала местный йогурт с медом и фруктами! Время пролетело незаметно, казалось, что ещё не все впечатления получила! Жаль, что была всего неделю, мало удалось посмотреть! А, есть что! Так много написала,а выразить настоящий восторг не получилось ( так мне кажется 😀). Но, в действительности, эмоции восхищения переполняют! Думаю, здесь прекрасно в любое время года, горы и море, белый остров... Представляю, как замечательно бродить по извилистым улочкам, поднимаясь и спускаясь, когда абсолютное безлюдье весной или осенью в листопад, под зонтиком, когда льет дождь и вся эта красота принадлежит только тебе! Кстати, хочу отметить, что Греция более полезна и интересна православным, не зависимо от национальности, ибо наше вероисповедание особенное, а святыни Греции оставляют особый след в душе и чувствуешь себя, как после исповеди и причащения! Самые приятные впечатления Второй год отдыхаю в Бали и каждый раз беру сразу несколько разных экскурсий. Выбор отличный: можно позагорать на красивых пляжах (Балос/Элафониси), или прогуляться по улочкам старых городов (Ханья/Ретимно), или познакомиться с историей Крита (Спиналонга/Кносс), а можно уехать вглубь острова и попытаться проникнуться самой сущностью местной культуры (гончарные мастерские Маргаритес, монастыри Аркади и Гедеона и пастушья ферма). В общем, всего и не перечислишь - можно подобрать экскурсию на любой вкус. Огромное спасибо Артуру, Анне, Илоне, Алёне и всем-всем-всем из Aitidis Travel за прекрасно проведенное время на Крите!

Terrible guide, terrible bus Awful organization! We took a trip to Spinalonga from Bali and the bus was little and unconfortable. And the distance is not short. There is 1.5h to go and another 1.5h back. From Baliou to Elounda. Crete is a very big Island so the buses should be the most confortable ones. We had a very good experience with one young girl from the agency and a terrible one with an old lady, very bad guide. If you can avoid her! The trip was nice but the old lady awful.
